Reviews and Ratings
I loved the huge rooms with separate lounge, bedroom, and bathroom areas, but I was disappointed that our reservation got downgraded without notice. The service was fantastic, accommodating, and wonderful with my kids. The location was exceptional with easy access to the eco-market and transportation. The dining experience offered really good choices and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel was a bit of a mixed bag for us. On one hand, the room we booked was unexpectedly downgraded without prior notice, but on the bright side, the room we ended up with was large, well-equipped, comfortable, and very clean. The service was a hit or miss experience – friendly in some areas but unpleasant and not very client-oriented in others. The location was a standout feature, with easy access to the eco-market, restaurants, railway stations, and sightseeing spots right at the hotel's doorstep. When it comes to dining, the food quality was excellent by both US and European standards, but the prices were on the higher side, leaving us wanting more value for our money.
